SUCCess! Now I have to redo my bluettooth again and then configure wvdial for At&t. Thank you, so very much! I am so happy now! By the way I omitted a space i think i was typing (cd~\Desktop) as oppose to ( cd~/Desktop)...I knew that letter case was vital but had no clue that spaces or lack thereof was also an integral apart of entering commands in terminal. I feel like if I am trying to solve derivatives and limits using Mathematica again. Gosh! lol Antonio Olivares wrote: > cd /home/niesha/Desktop/martian-full-20080625 > with a space between cd and /home > cd/home/niesha/Desktop/martian-full-20080625 > IF that fails again, did you extract the file? > tar -zxvf martian-full-20080625.tar.gz? > Regards, > Antonio > --- On Sat, 10/25/08, shanie mahepath <shaniemahepath@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: >> From: shanie mahepath <shaniemahepath@xxxxxxxxx> >> Subject: Re: further help4Niesha Mahepath-USA kernel 2.6.24-19 generic >> To: "olivares14031@xxxxxxxxx" <olivares14031@xxxxxxxxx> >> Date: Saturday, October 25, 2008, 6:29 PM >> thanks.heres the results from trying that out >> niesha@mishivia:~$ >> cd/home/niesha/Desktop/martian-full-20080625 >> bash: cd/home/niesha/Desktop/martian-full-20080625: no such >> file or directory >> >> Antonio Olivares wrote: >> > --- On Sat, 10/25/08, shanie mahepath >> <shaniemahepath@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: >> >> From: shanie mahepath >> <shaniemahepath@xxxxxxxxx> >> >> Subject: Re: further help4Niesha Mahepath-USA >> kernel 2.6.24-19 generic >> >> To: "marvin.stodolsky@xxxxxxxxx" >> <marvin.stodolsky@xxxxxxxxx> >> >> Cc: "discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" >> <discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> >> >> Date: Saturday, October 25, 2008, 5:30 PM >> >> goog night, >> >> omg!! i am so sorry but i still can't get >> this >> >> right.
