Edward, If the driver is installed and it is working, please run scanModem. Download it from the main page and please do copy it over to linux partition $ gunzip scanModem.gz $ chmod +x scanModem $ sudo ./scanModem or $ su - passwd: # cd back-top-directory-where-scanModem-resides # ./scanModem and it will generate some files. Please send us the file Modem/ModemData.txt. Then we can best advice you which modem driver if any that will help you if possible.
