Did you run the# wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.confafter a reboot?
The hsfmodem software usually doesn't install unless a compatible modem is foundRun the# hsfconfig  --diagnosewhich will write to the /tmp/  folder.Send the diagnostic report to:"Support (Jonathan)" <support@xxxxxxxxxxxx>,
