Hogat,
the Kernel-devel package and your running
must have an EXACT match of versions. but you installed
kernel-devel-2.6.21-1.3194.fc7
but are booting with
kernel version 2.6.20-2925.9.fc7xen.
You must either locate a kernel-devel- 2.6.20-2925.9.fc7xen.
or install and use a newer boot kernel 2.6.21-1.3194.fc7
Then the compilation will succeed.
