You already seem to the right hsfmodem software installed from:
/dev/modem -> ttySHSF0

Read the wvdial.txt and Testing.txt
The modem should be found by
$ sudo wvdialconf  /etc/wvdial.conf

If so edit in your personal info with:
$ sudo gedit  /etc/wvdial.conf

Then dial out with:

$ sudo wvdial
