What is the current state of the "LT & martian & Hylafax" problem?
I've got the "LT V.92 DATA+FAX MODEM VERSION 8.30 LT V.92 Data+Fax Modem
Version 8.30" and I can't send faxes.
The kernel is 2.6.18-53.1.14.el5.
lspci gives "Communication controller: Agere Systems LT WinModem (rev
02)" about it.
I've tested martian-20061203, martian-20071011, and martian-20080407,
even with ltmdmobj.o-8.31-gcc4.gz. Everything compiles well. The modem
is able to reply to AT commands but according to the hylafax's logs the
modem stops responding at the command [9:AT+FTS=7\r].
I just can't get any further.
