Here become superuser 
[jfernando@bunitinhu ungrab-winmodem-20080126]$ su 
password:
[jfernando@bunitinhu ungrab-winmodem-20080126]# make
[jfernando@bunitinhu ungrab-winmodem-20080126]# make
install

should do it.  There is no need to make against kernel
headers.  The ungrab-winmodem-20080126 does this
automatically no need to compile against it.

Just type make, make install.
