/proc/asound/pcm outputs needed

Folks,

If your modem is supported by slmodemd  and one of the ALSA drivers:
snd-intel8x0m or
snd-atiixp-modem,

Please send me the output of
$ cat  /proc/asound/pcm

If the modem chipset on the High Definition Audio card has not been
unequiviocally identified, the output is desired of
$ grep -sr 11c1  /proc/asound
