Sorry I forgot to mention that. I did make sure that no wvdial.conf
existed before I ran wvdialconf. I then went to the file wvdialconf
created to add the Carrier Check = no after the first wvdial attempt
that gave me NO CARRIER. I did not migrate any files from my Linux
>From Scratch install to my Gentoo install.
