Also it would help, if you know ahead oftime what your ISP wants so that you can have it at hand, i.e, likenameservers in file /etc/resolv.conf, i used to get a bunch ofproblems to connect and as soon as I with the help of Jacques, Marvand others on the list, we managed to fix our problem.
