Chis,
Do complete uninstall your hsfmodem components,as they interfere with slmodemd processes.  Reboot afterwards.
Your modem driver is snd-intel8x0m. Check that it is loaded with$ lsmod | grep sndit should be on top of the shown driver stack. If not# modprobe snd-intel8x0m
Then start again at:# slmodemd -c GERMANY --alsa modem:1
