Chris,

There is a driver code package
$ sudo ./scanModem  test 11c1:0441    13e0:0410
will give you the detailed info dump in Modem/AgereDSP.txt
Also see http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/ltmodem/kernel-2.6/martian/MarsTest.txt

What is puzzling is that scanModem didn't already dump this info on your System.
Please run:
$ bash -x  ./scanModem  2>&1  | tee Chris
when it finishes
$ gzip Chris
and send me the Chis.gz
