Hi! I've downloaded the scanmodem utilty. In the ModemData.txt file I've read of this ML for sending the data of the ModemData.txt file. I'm using Ubuntu Gutsy (tribe5+distupgrade). The kernel is 2.6.22-11-generic I also attach the output of lspci -vv. I've tried the free driver of linuxant but without success... I need some help for getting the modem work! Thanks! ************************************************************************************ ModemData.txt ************************************************************************************ Only plain text email is forwarded by the DISCUSS@xxxxxxxxxxxxx List Server. For martian_modem, additional required packages are libc6-dev (and for Debian/Ubuntu, linux-libc-dev). The also required headers of package libc6 are commonly installed by default.
