Igor'RE: slmodemd --alsa hw:0 -c RUSSIAhw:0  is the audio card.  hw:1   0r  modem:1 is the modem card.
Thus hw:0 cannot serve.  You need#  slmodemd -c RUSSIA  --alsa modem:1
Try to update your  libasound2  or equivalent.  This may cure the> "ALSA lib pcm_hw.c:1305:(_snd_pcm_hw_open) Invalid value for card> error: alsa setup: cannot open playback device modem:1 No such device> error: cannot setup device modem:1 "
