Thanks for the reply.
I do not have /usr/src/modules/, & couldn't create modules folder in
/usr/src/, so I created it in my home directory & copied the
ungrab-winmodem-20070505.tar.gz & slmodem-2.9.11-20070505.tar.gz to it.
I followed your other instructions, but was unsuccessful.
Will you please guide me in this situation?
