As Linuxant is providing drivers competent for HDA audo+modem cards for these releases. Otherwise you will have to compile your own driver set following the instructions below. Your system is setup for compiling, so likely it is easier to try compiling your own hsf* drivers first. Formal support for Conexant chipset modems are available ONLY through http://www.linuxant.com/drivers. Read Conexant.txt for details. and Modem/YourSystem.txt for follow through guidance. Driver speed is limited to 14,400 until a key is purchased. There is NO freeware alternative.
