Download 
http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/smartlink/slmodem-2.9.11-20070204.tar.gz
and
http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/smartlink/ungrab-winmodem.tar.gz
extract them using 
$ tar -zxvf slmodem-2.9.11-20070204.tar.gz
and
$ tar -zxvf ungrab-winmodem.tar.gz
$ cd slmodem-2.9.11-20070204
and then
run
$ make KERNEL_DIR=/lib/modules/2.6.18-1.2798.fc6/build
$ make 
$ su

# make install
# cd ..
# cd ungrab-winmodem
# make
# make install
