Alessandro,
I see only one way to help you: details.
So please:
1-rerun scanModem on the final configuration which you want to use and
send us the file ModemData.txt
2-tell us exactly which driver file you downloaded.
3-run again hsfconfig as follows:
hsfconfig | tee problem.txt
and send the resultant file problem.txt

Hi all
(Sorry for double-sending, but I realized my former message
had a span-like subject...)
I have switched from Linux SuSE10.1 to FC6. Formerly, I had
already the Linuxant driver installed and working.
After the end of the FC6 installation I set up the new
appropriate Linuxant drivers, previously downloaded.
Then, another problem occurred (nothing to do with modem),
so I re-installed the kernel from the FC6 DVD. I intended to
install the Linuxant drivers again, but I get an error
message stating that hda... modules have been replaced by
snd... modules.
The modem no longer works.
How to get rid of this "old" stuff? I hope I am not supposed
to format the / partition and install FC6 again!
Thanx
Alessandro
