I am still a newbie when it comes to Linux, and I am studying this OS
for school, and I need help with configuring the modem. I ran across
your site, and I have ran the script provided on your site. I still
cannot et the system to recognize the modem. Here is the output from
ModemData.txt, Scanout.00:le.3, and Scanout.02:06.5:

Modem or host audio card candidates have firmware information:

PCI slot	PCI ID SubsystemID	Name
----------	---------	---------	--------------

The PCI slot 00:1e.3 of the modem card may be disabled early in
a bootup process, but then enabled later. If modem drivers load
but the modem is not responsive, read Bootup.txt about possible fixes.

What should I be using for my settings when I run "system-config-network"?

Thanks in advance,
