In general, note that while most upstream builds here (Jenkins and personal developer ones) use the bundled external/cppunit, and thus have <https://git.libreoffice.org/cppunit/+/64eaa35c2de99581e522608e841defffb4b2923b%5E%21> "Run tests in deterministic order", many downstream distro builds likely use a version of CppUnit that does not yet carry that change.


While the deterministic test order helps to sweep the problem under the carpet ;) , I still believe that it hides an actual problem - either in the unit test machinery, or in core. If latter, then I wonder if we also need to ship a memo with each downloaded copy of LibreOffice, telling user the approved deterministic order of user actions ;P
