ConfigManager warning

Hi all,

I'm writing a basic utility to list font details, but I'm getting the following warning when I invoke the program:

warn:unotools.config:79699:79699:unotools/source/config/configmgr.cxx:147: ConfigManager not empty

Anyone know why this warning occurs? And how would I prevent it?
