Ok forget about the tdf part, it was just the starting point, I'd like to
know if for example "officecfg::Inet::Settings::ooInetHTTPProxyName::get()"
should be used in "SvxProxyTabPage::ReadConfigData_Impl " or in
"SvxProxyTabPage::ReadConfigDefaults_Impl "
