Weekly Report:

* The notebookbar customization tab has been merged

* Reload notebookbar patch has been merged

* We have found bugs in the production build 

-> Unable to render and write in the  .ui file available in (.config/libreoffice/4/user/..) directory

The task for the week would be to solve the bugs, refactor the code as asked by mentors.
