tc ingress rate limiting on all interfaces

Hi All,

Is it possible to rate-limit aggregate bandwidth of certain ingress
packet types  received on multiple interfaces using TC?

For example rate-limit all ingress PTP packet traffic received by
multiple interfaces to 100Mbps.

The tc policing action is tied to a particular interface + qdisk handle.
