tc qdisc show: what is refcnt?

Hi,

Can someone please explain what does "refcnt" mean and how does it
affect the qdisc I install?

Here is an example output of "tc qdisc show":
qdisc prio 1: dev eth0 root refcnt 2 bands 3 priomap  1 2 2 2 1 2 0 0
1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1
qdisc pfifo 10: dev eth0 parent 1:1 limit 150p
qdisc pfifo 20: dev eth0 parent 1:2 limit 150p
qdisc pfifo 30: dev eth0 parent 1:3 limit 150p

Also is there a way to set this manually?
