Whats the easiest way to bandwidth limit a bunch of udp sockets, say 100s
? They can be rate limited to the same value (eg 1000kb/s). Do I have to
create a rule for every socket? Do I have to create a hash table? And If
this is explained in documentation, pls point me to the links.

First day using tc. I can bunch all the sockets into 1 rule and that works
but it's not want I need. I need per socket rate limiting.
Thanks.
