Well, I found they do have the same priority. HTB seems to support
only 8 priorities for its classes (0-7). I was giving priorities above
7, so it assigned prio 7 to all of them.

The difference between linklayer at the class and linklayer at the
qdisc, still remains a mystery (to me at least)...
