the qos should check the packet inside the tunnel.
the qdisc and classes are connected directly to the GRE interface.
but when checking with tc class ls.. i see there is no traffic on the
classes.
only on the default class i see the counters running.
so the question is, why does the filter not attach the packets to the class?
