Hi Carl-Daniel,

I uploaded a newer version of the patch here:

I fixed:
- - xml open/close tags
- - made all tag-names lower case

also I had to replace several html-entities due to complaints during
compilation:

- - replaced & with &
- - replaced é with ß
- - replaced á with á
- - replaced < with <
- - replaced > with >

Hope thats not too much at once, if you prefer i could send another
patch with only the xml-tag fixes.

Also if you git push your recent merges i could rebase to that.
