Hi Jan,

I didn't see the patch, maybe it didn't come through the list... I'm not
sure what the vger message size limit is, but maybe you hit that. Feel
free to point me to a download location or a git tree of your choice.

Improving XML conformance is definitely a good idea, and I want to merge
this.
