I'm trying to understand this qdisc stats output:
#tc -s qdisc ls dev [interface]

rate 0bit 0pps backlog 0b 11p requeues 0

In all my qdiscs, I've got "rate 0bit". What does it mean ? As you can
see, there is some traffic in this qdisc (3867654734 bytes). Thanks for
answer.
I've got one (or two) more question: What for are used qdisc handles ? ( I
allways use classids in my tc filters ). Is there any difference between
flowid and classid ?
