Yes, I think so too. The Wondershaper script is already very old and 
compared to the scripts that are floating around nowadays, it only serves 
as a very basic example...

This is because HTB works (or at least tries to do something) even if you 
set really, really weird rates. It's hard to figure out what it is 
actually doing with those settings, though.
