I don't personally know a way to do that (maybe someone else does), but I can say that I've tweaked my shaping script with over 50 users playing online games on my servers, and the script runs so quickly that even though it drops and rebuilds the qdiscs, no one even notices the blip.

Subject: dynamin rules?

Hi.. Do u know if i can change dynamically the
parameters of the qdiscs... I need to reallocate them
if the traffic needs that.... Is it necessary to
delete them and create them from scratch?
Thx
