[LARTC] Using tc with 2.5.69

  Hi !

 I installed 2.5.69 kerenl. I tried to use tc for
adding a qdisc. Any tc function I tried give me the
follwing Error:
   Example:
   tc qdisc
   RTNETLINK answers: Invalid argument
   Dump terminated.

The same configurations works using 2.5.68 kernel.

   Any ideas ?
