Hi all iam trying to make some rules like http 70% b/w chat 5% b/w ftp 10% b/w ssh and telent 5% b/w download 10% b/w is there any tool i can measure this all are shaping right or not any recomendations which one i can use CBQ or HTB iam using redhat 8.0 with patched TC and latest Ip route In Server, 2 LAN cards one connected to my laptop and another connected to my internet thanks hare
