I’ve applied htb diff, compiled kernel, and I’ve seen sch_htb.o in /lib/modules/2.4.12/kernel/net/sched

But:

# tc qdisc add dev eth0 root handle 1: htb default 12

Unknown qdisc "htb", hence option "default" is unparsable

Why?
