[Side note 2 : the fact that you received 202.144.29.192 -
202.144.29.200 is not documented in whois. I don't know APNIC policy
so let's assume it is normal and your provider is indeed Satyam
Infoway.]

Post at least some details: a scheme of the network (with the IP
addresses indicated), the output of the commandes you run ('route -n',
'traceroute -n', etc).
