I had tried this 'priority case'.
I make class like this

            ROOT
             |
	    FTP (prio 2)
             |
	    Telnet (prio 1)

and it seems work.
When I create 2 class (2 service) with the same level of the tree, like your
configuration.
I got it didn't work

Is it right ?
