need here is how I did it fore thouse how are interested:

I'm using cbq, and basicly it's a modification in the configuration files.

here is my file in /etc/sysconfig/cbq/cbq-102.testing

DEVICE=eth1,10Mbit,1Mbit
RATE=64Kbit
WEIGHT=6Kbit
PRIO=5
RULE=192.168.101.2
RULE=192.168.101.3
RULE=192.168.101.4
RULE=192.168.101.5
RULE=192.168.101.6
RULE=192.168.101.7
RULE=192.168.101.8
RULE=192.168.101.9
RULE=192.168.101.10
RULE=192.168.101.12
RULE=192.168.101.13
RULE=192.168.101.14
RULE=192.168.101.15
RULE=192.168.101.12
RULE=192.168.101.17
RULE=192.168.101.18
RULE=192.168.101.19
RULE=192.168.101.20

ok what this does is give all this IP 64K to work with. It balanceses the
bandwith really good, NOTE that 192.168.101.11 is not listed this, the
traffic fore this IP is not limited.

Hope it works for how needs something like this, I haven't got the hardware
to thest it on several IP classes, but i think it should work.

bye
billy
