Well, maybe the question of Esteve is not exactly the same as mine,
but there are 2 possible answers: "QoS doesn't work with ... interfaces"
or the following:

> There's no reason why ISDN should be different from other
> interfaces.

So in fact, that's the answer I have been waiting for :).
