In the IST-LONG project (http://www.ist-long.com) we are using TC to make our QoS IPv6 experiments and we have one question, in CBQ, how the "rate" is calculated? I mean, when I write "...rate 200000 bps...", this 200Kbps are level-3 bits per second, or they include level-2 bits....
