Many, many thanks Razvan!!!
It was the problem. I removed one PRE- or POSTROUTING rule and see the
magic: I can't reproduce the kernel panic.

So now the question is:
Is it possible to use the SAME IMQ device for ingress and egress trafffic
(as I tryed to use)? If not, why, and if yes how?
