I want to test anything that consider with qdisc,
latency, accurate, memory/cpu utilization, and may be
another factor ...
Any idea and information would be very helpfull and appreciated.

|For the accurate tests, there are some tools around. You can use the great
|ethloop tool from the htb page for htb testing. I also have some scripts to
