Hi,
When i use the tool with HTB support

http://luxik.cdi.cz/~devik/qos/htb/v2/htb2_tc.diff
http://luxik.cdi.cz/~devik/qos/htb/v2/tc.gz

OUTPUT : " HTB: need tc/htb version 3 (minor is 6). you have 10.

WHY ?

You can use any tool with HTB support (2.2 or 2.4).
You can build it yourself or to use the supplied binary:

http://luxik.cdi.cz/~devik/qos/htb/v2/htb2_tc.diff
http://luxik.cdi.cz/~devik/qos/htb/v2/tc.gz

Everything is on the HTB site:
http://luxik.cdi.cz/~devik/qos/htb/

just look for "diff against iproute2 rel 991023 and tc binary"

There is no new iproute2 for 2.2, use one of the above two
methods.
