hmm sorry i don't really get your configuration. gre tunnel is going 
through ppp0 which is pptp over eth2 ?
you can just try out if it works, your computer won't crash if it 
doesn't. you'll see some messages about
imq beeing deadlooped in the ringbuffer if it doesn't ...
