My bad, I forgot to add these on the production server while I did on the
test server...
   if (net_shaper_rx_hook)
    (*net_shaper_rx_hook)(skb);
   else
    netif_rx(skb);
which was really stupid. A double check of the Readme file proved that - now
it's working GREAT! I am going to apply this to all production servers.
It feels nice to hear from the Master - thanks much Alessandro.

First of all, please note that rshaper is not part of the LARTC suite,
so probably there is no interest in this list about it.

That said, your problem is peculiar.  Could you please send me,
offlist, more details about your network configuration on the
faulty environment?
