[LARTC] Flush Dead-Links

no that doesnt do it..
I cant give any examples.. right now because i have to go out to the site
but in a nutshell..

ip route add default table 223 proto static nexthop via $gweth0 dev eth0 weight 1  nexthop via $pppgw dev ppp0 weight 11

but the $pppgw is always the same but when the modem hangs up an redials.. the route
tables shows the $pppgw link as down.. and i cant use it unless i reboot.. 
if i re run this command it doesnt work .. will still u that link down..
so i need to flush it
