No such file or directory while trying to open /dev/part_boot

Hello,
I am receiving this error when I load an image in a qemu image and start the virtual machine:

/sbin/tune2fs: No such file or directory while trying to open /dev/part_boot
Couldn't find valid filesystem superblock.
mount: special device /dev/part_boot does not exist

ERROR: Failed to mount /boot partition
It seems that my image when it was created from the original installation of the software components created a partition that now in a different system where I start the virtual machine it doesn't exist.

Thanks.
