Problem booting Linux kernel on e500 powerpc

Hi,

I'm having problem booting linux kernel 2.6.38/39 as a guest over host os(kernel
2.6.39) on e500 powerpc architecture (Freescale SOC - P2020 RDB). It looks like
it got stuck in live lock kind of situation . It neither gives any error nor
boots up! . Does anybody have any idea why this is not booting up while linux
2.6.34 is booting properly ?
Thanks in advance
