[PATCH] KVM: Fix checkpatch errors

This commit addresses coding style errors reported by checkpatch.
Warnings are not fixed in this change.

Errors fixed:

ERROR: open brace '{' following function definitions go on the next line
ERROR: code indent should use tabs where possible
